The hotel was in a great location, close to many restaurants and shops. the room was very clean and tidy, with comfortable furniture and a modern decor. the service was outstanding, with friendly staff always willing to help. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of tasty options to choose from. the bathroom was immaculate and seemed to have been recently renovated. I particularly enjoyed the stunning views from the top floor, which provided a breathtaking landscape of the surrounding area.

The wifi connection could be improved.

During my Christmas vacation, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The first thing that caught my attention was the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. the hotel is situated in a very strategic location, giving easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, which made the overall experience even better.

I did have a minor issue with the hotel's reservation system, which caused some confusion during my check-in. The staff seemed a bit flustered and disorganized, and I had to wait for longer than expected to get my room.

Our experience took a turn for the worse when we arrived at the hotel and were told that our reservation had been given away even though we had booked in advance. the staff were unapologetic and seemed to deflect blame for the mistake.
